  • Application Support Analyst

    Reporting to the VP Customer Service, the Application Support Analyst provides first and second line support to customers, ensuring fast and concise responses to calls logged on our VMware Service Manager Support system.

  • QA Analyst

    Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Analyst will ensure that Alemba releases high quality software through the completion of efficient and effective testing activity. Working with other members of the QA team, and in close collaboration with the software development team, they will be responsible for the planning, preparation and running of test plans and scripts.

  • Technical Advisor, US

    Permanent • US

    Reporting to the Chief Sales & Operations Officer, the Technical Advisor is responsible for providing advanced technical guidance and best-practice advice to customers and the Business Development and Account Management Teams in the assigned region (and potentially other regions as requested). The Technical Advisor will also assist in the development of commercially-viable Statements of Work, Estimates and Quotations, lead software demonstrations as part of a sales opportunity, and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
